These days…

These days Asher is asserting his will more often.  Some days it makes me want to pull my hair out.  Other days I just decide to take pictures…  :)

We’re working on NOT throwing our food and sippy cup off the high chair tray.  (Veteran moms, any tips?!)

These days Asher is more and more attached to his daddy and likes to “talk” to him on the phone all the time!  (Even when Chris is in the room with him!)  Poor buddy, we’ll see how he does when Chris is at a conference in Denver for 4 days!!  The other day he stood at the window and watched Chris cut the grass.  Anytime Chris would get close Asher would wave furiously and say, “hi daddy!”  Too cute!

These days we’ve been BUSY as Chris has moved out of his classroom completely and started to move into his new office!  I should take a picture of our garage as it is presently housing all my old teaching stuff, and now all of Chris’s old teaching stuff.  Might be time for a teacher garage sale!  :)

These days I’ve been reminded of the goodness of our Heavenly Father!  You might remember me posting about my good friend Heather’s brother-in-law, Nate.  Well, the surgery went wonderfully!  The tumor was completely removed and Nate was even discharged from the hospital earlier this week!  A total miracle… Praise the LORD!
