Playdates!

We had a busy week of playdates!  Which is funny to say, because we don’t always have many playdates and this week we had two! :)

Wednesday we met friends Monkey Joe’s (Bouncy Houses) for an informal birthday party for my friend Becky’s little girl.  It was our first time at Monkey Joe’s, but WON’T be our last!  Asher had a ball!

The best part was that there were several bouncy houses for kids 3 and under! 

Another perk is that they clean the bouncy houses each night… put this germ-a-phob mom at ease!  :)

I love this one!  Asher loves other kids and was in heaven with all these playmates!

Today we had our MOPS playdate at the Indianapolis Children’s Museum.  Another mom had a membership that allowed for 2 extra guests, so I got in for free and Asher is free until he’s 2.  Such a deal!

First we went on the carousel…

And then played and played and played!

Asher loved the sand and only tried to eat it once!

I didn’t get any pictures of story time, but I wish I would have!  Asher absolutely LOVED it.  The reader was a young guy and SUPER animated.  Asher was belly laughing as he told the story.  He got into all the motions and loved every second of it.  Looks like we need to find out what time our library has story time!  :)

Before leaving we made a quick stop at the Dinosphere exhibit!  It is so cool and I think Asher loved it!

It’s been a fun and busy week!
