To say that he’s been working hard for this would be a HUGE understatement! We’re SOOOOO proud of him and excited for this new role. Chris will be at a new school, but in the same district, next year (we’ll miss his teacher friends from his old school), but we look forward to meeting the new teachers and their families at College Wood Elementary!
Because of Chris’s interview this morning he didn’t have much time to really relax on Father’s Day (he was busy preparing for his interview). I did snap a quick picture of my two guys though…
Quite a change from last Father’s Day…
We’re thankful to the Lord for opening this door for Chris! I’m also thankful for such a hard-working husband who makes the most of every opportunity. It’s my joy to see him being rewarded for his faithfulness. :)
Finally, I thought I’d post a few pictures of Asher from the past few days. He is seriously getting funnier and more grown-up by the minute! It’s hard to remember what it was like having a little baby like the one in the picture above, since we spend our days chasing after a toddler!
CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is so awesome!!! Way to go Chris! Asher- your Daddy is the man. =)
