Despite lots of packing we’ve been trying to make time for some special activities for Asher each day. We spent some time at a new-to-us splash park earlier this week and Asher had a blast! He hangs in there with the big kids and I don’t think he has a clue he’s only two! It was fun to watch him run around and stop every now and then to wave over at us. :) I don’t have any pictures, but I’ll have to take some next time we go!

Yesterday our special outing was taking Asher to a new bounce-house/arcade place here in town. Chris got a free admission so we just went for a little while before dinner. Asher wasn’t a big fan at first… but he eventually warmed up to it and had fun riding a few rides, and going down the big bouncy slide with his Daddy.

I was SURE he would be freaked out, but he LOVED it! He and Chris crawled up that slide and came whipping down over and over again!!
Although, I think Asher’s favorite part of the whole place was this arcade game that played music. He would break out in a dance EVERY time he heard it. Totally cracked us up!
So thankful for this little boy who is keeping us sane during the stress of packing and makes even the longest days fun! :)
